Privacy Notice

This notice explains how personal data submitted through the assessment form on theaceof.com is processed, in line with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). The Turkish version of this notice is the governing text.

What we collect and why

Through the form we collect your name, email address, product/industry, your current stage and any message you choose to write. We use this only to prepare and send your assessment and to contact you about your request. Connection data such as your IP address may be kept in our hosting provider's server logs for technical operation.

Sharing and retention

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. It is stored only on the systems of the hosting and email providers we use, and may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser may send your IP address to Google. We keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes and as required by law.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and object to processing. Send requests to info@theaceof.com; we respond within 30 days free of charge.
